Welcome to the Wike Killip Law Offices. Before starting his own practice, Terry L. Wike was formerly in the Construction Defect Division as a partner of Mainor Harris, Lawyers. Attorney Terry Wike brings with him the unique attribute of having approximately 10 years of firsthand experience in the construction industry. In addition, he has extensive experience in construction defect law from the defense perspective.

Terry is a native to Nevada, having lived in both the Las Vegas and Reno areas during his childhood and graduating from Reed High School in Sparks, Nevada.

After high school, Terry went on to excel as a carpenter and framing foreman in Southern California. While working on well-known country club projects such as PGA West and Marriott Desert Springs Resort in Palm Springs, Terry gained valuable experience which assists him in his practice as a construction defect litigator.

After establishing himself as a reputable subcontractor, Terry then went on to UCLA to receive his undergraduate degree in businesseconomics and then to Cleveland, Ohio where he received his law degree from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.

Building continues to be a part of Terry's life now, not only as a hobby but also as his chosen legal field. During his leisure time, Terry also enjoys golfing, working out and a variety of outdoor activities.
